About the Role

We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow our presence across key platforms. You'll play a central role in showcasing our collections, highlighting customer stories, and engaging with our community in meaningful, visually compelling ways.

To be successful as a Social Media Co-Ordinator, you should possess a wealth of pertinent marketing experience. Ultimately, a top-notch Social Media Marketing Co-Ordinator should back their expertise by creating and sharing all relevant technical documents.

    • Experience or deep understanding of working with luxury brands
    • Experience developing social media strategies.
    • Experience working with and developing a marketing plan

Responsibilities

    1. Running company social media advertising campaigns.
    2. Formulating high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign.
    3. Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
    4. Monitoring the company's brand on social media.
    5. Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
    6. Responding to comments on each of our accounts.
    7. Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
    8. Adobe Creative Cloud (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) for content creation and basic design needs.
    9. Canva for quick design tasks and branded templates.
    10. CapCut or similar video editing tools for short-form video content.
    11. Hootsuite (or equivalent) for social media scheduling, monitoring, and analytics.
    12. Mailchimp for creating and managing email marketing campaigns.
    13. Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Instagram/Facebook Shop (including product tagging and linking) is an asset.
