Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized (by a jeweller other than RDV), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Engraved items may not be returned. Returns with no RDV return-code, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt. Customer is responsible of sending back items via methods and carriers approved by the company. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender.


WHAT INFORMATION IS COLLECTED BY THE COMPANY?

Any time you place an order, make an in-store purchase, sign up for our newsletter, submit your contact information and resume for employment purposes, enter a contest, complete a ballot, or introduce or post any text, image, video, audio, or any information, content or other materials through the Site or any other company's website including any of the Company's social networking websites and web pages such as Facebook, Twitter or YouTube, or otherwise provide personal information to the Company (including via mail or e-mail in regular correspondence), it is collected, used and disclosed by the Company for various purposes as described herein. SHIPPING AND TAXES

Royal De Versailles Jewellers will ship the Product(s) ordered by you with FedEx® to the business address indicated in the Order Confirmation. Delivery times provided by Royal De Versailles Jewellers are estimates only. Royal De Versailles Jewellers shall not be responsible for any damages or costs resulting from any delays in delivery.
Unless otherwise stated, all Product prices quoted do not include shipping and handling charges and applicable federal, provincial, state, municipal or other sales taxes. Customers shall be responsible for all sales, use, goods and services, harmonized sales, value added and other taxes and duties associated with the order.


EXPORT LAWS

Products sold or delivered under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to export control laws and regulations of Canada. You agree to comply at all times with all such laws and regulations. You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold the Company harmless against all claims, damages or liability resulting from breach of the foregoing.


SHIPPING POLICY

We offer regular shipping by FedEx® or Brink’s® on every order.
All items will be shipped within 5 to 7 business days from order confirmation, depending on stock availability. Online purchases must be shipped to a business address. RDV ships from Mondays to Wednesdays with the exception of statutory holidays.
All USA Jewellery orders over a certain value will be shipped via Brinks.
Tudor watches can only be shipped within Canada


ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Shipping transit time for all orders within Canada should take approximately 3-5 business days


10-DAY RETURN POLICY

RDV will accept for return items complying with the conditions mentioned below, within 10 days from the date of receipt, for a return, exchange, or store credit. Items are only accepted for return if they are in the same new condition, unused, unworn, have all tags attached, all protective plastic wrap intact and are accompanied with all packaging and related documentation provided with the purchase. Items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized by a jeweller other than RDV, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Items that show signs of the protective plastic being tampered with, peeled off or removed also cannot be accepted for return. Items that have been re-sized to custom fit, engraved items, sale items and special orders are final sale and may not be returned. Once the item being returned is received by RDV, please allow time for delivery, receipt, inspection and processing. Generally, please allow a further 3 to 5 business days for any bank or credit card processing.


HOW TO PREPARE A RETURN

A prepaid shipping label will be provided inside the original purchase order for items complying with the conditions mentioned above (Please see 10-Day Return Policy). If the label is misplaced, please call Royal De Versailles Jewelllers or email: onlinesales@royaldeversailles.com to have another label issued. After 10 days from the date of receipt, the prepaid shipping label included inside the original purchase order will be cancelled by RDV and the item would no longer be eligible for return.
