After making his way to Saint Petersburg and becoming the go-to specialist for the nobility and aristocrats, he established his eponymous brand H. Moser & Cie. in 1828. In 1848, he returned to Switzerland, where his legacy continued to flourish. Today, this independent, family-owned brand deftly combines its watchmaking prowess with distinctly minimalist yet singular designs. H. Moser & Cie. prides itself on being one of the very rare few manufactures that produces its own hairsprings and escapements—the beating heart of a mechanical watch.
