Dresden watchmaker, Ferdinand Adolph Lange, laid the cornerstone of Saxony’s precision watchmaking industry when he established his manufactory in 1845. His precious pocket watches remain highly coveted among collectors all over the world. The company was expropriated after World War II, and the name A. Lange & Söhne nearly vanished. In 1990, Ferdinand Adolph Lange’s great-grandson Walter Lange had the courage to make a new start.

Today, Lange crafts only a few thousand wristwatches - mainly in gold or platinum - per year. They are endowed exclusively with proprietary movements that are lavishly decorated and assembled twice by hand. With 66 manufacture calibres developed since 1994, A. Lange & Söhne has secured a top-tier position in the world of watchmaking. Brand icons such as the LANGE 1 with the first outsize date in a regularly produced wristwatch, and the ZEITWERK with its precisely jumping numerals display, rank among the company’s great successes. Exceptional complications such as the ZEITWERK MINUTE REPEATER, the DATOGRAPH PERPETUAL TOURBILLON and the TRIPLE SPLIT reflect the manufactory’s determination to achieve ever new pinnacles in horological artistry.

An American watchmaking pioneer, Florentine Ariosto Jones, founded the International Watch Company in Schaffhausen in 1868. He drew on the help of eminently qualified Swiss watchmakers, modern technology and hydropower sourced from the nearby River Rhine to manufacture watch movements of the highest possible quality.

The heritage of IWC is deeply rooted in American pioneering spirit and entrepreneurship.

Every design that emerges from the Manufacture Jaeger-LeCoultre embodies a quest for excellence, allied with an inventiveness that underpins the Brand's reputation. Its iconic collections, such as the Reverso which was born of the Art Déco movement in 1931, the Master, with classic and refined masculine lines, or even the Atmos, the pendulum watch with almost perpetual movement, form the foundation for the Manufacture's pride and the satisfaction of their loyal clients.

In the heart of the Vallée de Joux, in the Swiss Jura Mountains, the Manufacture Jaeger‑LeCoultre has continuously renewed its creativity and inventiveness since 1833. One hundred and eighty different expert skills are brought together under one roof, to breathe life into the heart of the watches and to animate each infinitely small component.

Georges-Édouard Piaget felt a passion for watchmaking from a young age. In 1874 at only 19 he set up his first workshop on the family farm. Here, he dedicated himself to creating high precision movements and components. Even in these early days, his motto "always do better than necessary" is what pushed him to have a self-surpassing attitude that would continue to motivate Piaget today. From La Côte-aux-Fées to the world, from the farm to the Atelier, what drives Piaget remains the same - a dedication to excellence. Piaget evolved at the hands of Timothée Piaget, Georges-Édouard's son. He transformed the company from being a manufacturer of movements to a creator of luxury wristwatches and pocket watches. In 1943 Piaget became a registered trademark and two years later, a new larger manufacture was set up in their home of La Côte-aux-Fées, laying the groundwork for the Piaget we know today: Ultra-thin revolution, High Jewelry dedication, and the audacity of style.

Roger Dubuis has been at the forefront of contemporary Haute Horlogerie since 1995. Its audacious creations, firmly anchored in the 21st century, embody substantial expertise expressed through the finest watchmaking mechanisms combined with powerful and daring designs. Boldness and extravagance are the brand’s signatures, and determination its driving force.

Created by the founder of Rolex, Hans Wilsdorf, the Tudor Watch Company was born with a mission to explore new territories, offering “a watch that agents could sell at a more modest price than Rolex watches, and yet could attain its standards of dependability”.

The Tudor of today has not drifted away from the original vision. While strictly adhering to the fundamentals of excellence, the design of a Tudor watch reinterprets a rich history to create something truly unique – a bold fusion of the original and the contemporary in an unrivaled proposition
